I saw someone post this on Facebook the other day. Every set has a vaccine mandate and/or requires testing within 72 hours of being on set.
If you don't work vaccine mandated sets, then YOU DON'T WORK! You're not taking your career seriously by not complying with production requirements, so get out of the way for the rest of us that do.
